APPOINTMENTS
+ DATE OF WEDDING
PLEASE NOTE: Our lead times are currently at 9 months and we are not accepting orders for delivery before March 2025. When booking, please factor in alterations time before the wedding which is usually suggested at 6-8 weeks on top of our 10 month lead time.

+ RUSH ORDER FEES
Rush orders are currently only available for March 2025 delivery onwards. This is priced as below:

+ BUDGET
A good budget for our items is £1750-£2750. Please do not book an appointment if budget is an issue without checking pricing of items you're interested in beforehand. Most of our dresses sit around the £2000 mark.
Florals, embroidery and handwork pieces are £3000 +
We have very limited pieces at £1500 and below.
+ APPOINTMENT FEES
Appointments will be refunded if cancelled with 7 days notice or more. Bespoke appointments will be refunded with 10 days or more notice. We will not refund an appointment if it has been booked without reading our Terms + Conditions first and understanding our terms ie budget and rush orders.
Appointment fees will be taken off orders over £1500 ordered within 4 weeks of your appointment except bespoke appointments which are not refundable against your purchase. Accessories, bespoke and rush order fees will not be included in this price.
Follow up fittings will not be refunded against your purchase

ORDERING

+ APPOINTMENT FEE
Your appointment fee will be taken off your purchase at your deposit payment if your order is over £1500 not including accessories or rush order fees. We will only refund appointment fees if an outfit is ordered within 30 days of your appointment.
+ PAYMENTS
We require a 50% deposit on our items. This allows us to reserve your space and order in your fabrics ready to make your dress so we can avoid any fabrics being discontinued before your wedding.
We will offer a full refund within 7 days of ordering. After this, your deposit will be kept to cover the cost of materials and any work that has been done so far.
You will be liable for the full payment of the dress within 4 months of the original wedding date.
Payment plans may be accommodated with up to 4 instalments
+ FITTINGS
We must take your measurements with no less than 10 months notice before your wedding. After this, whilst some alteration to the dress can be accommodated, we will not be liable for change in body shape. Our dresses are made to your measurements and altered in house.
You will be asked to sign a document with your measurements to ensure you are happy with the measurements taken by us. If you are not, you must communicate this to us at the time, after this we will not be held responsible for changed in measurements or if you believe they were taken inaccurately.
If you choose to have alterations done with us, they will be priced accordingly to each individual order. You are under no obligation ti have your alterations done with us. For more info on our alterations and Terms and Conditions of purchase please read our full Terms here.
We recommend getting a bra fitted prior to your fittings if you intend on wearing one. You may be charged extra if you attend a fitting without correctly fitting underwear as this will cause unnecessary appointments. We work with Bella Rose Lingerie to accommodate online bra fittings and all direct brides will be given a discount code to get fitted virtually
Whilst alterations are done in house, E&W accept no liability for these alterations as they are a separate entity.
