Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are residents of the United Kingdom. 

  2. Entry Requirements:

    • Participants must share their favorite Taylor Swift lyrics and provide a valid email address.

    • Participants must follow @eandwcouture on Instagram.

    • Participants must take a photo with our model and share it on their instagram, tagging @eandwcouture or share our Taylor dress reel to their instagram.

  3. Submission Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Friday, 21st June 2024.

  4. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be announced on our Instagram account on Sunday, 23rd June 2024. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and e-mail to obtain their address for sending the goodie bag. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

  5. Prize: The winner will receive a goodie bag containing Taylor Swift-related items worth over £100. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

  6. Publicity: By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to have their photos shared on E&W Couture’s social media accounts and website for promotional purposes.

  7. Data Protection: Participants' personal information (email address) will be used for ongoing marketing purposes and will be stored in accordance with our privacy policy. Participants can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

  8. Liability: E&W Couture is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or disruptions that may prevent participants from entering the giveaway or receiving the prize.
